Crawford County is a county located in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. As of the 2010 census, the population was 88,765.〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://quickfacts.census.gov/qfd/states/42/42039.html )〕 Its county seat is Meadville.〔(【引用サイトリンク】accessdate=2011-06-07 )〕 The county was created on March 12, 1800, from part of Allegheny County and named for Colonel William Crawford.
Crawford County comprises the ''Meadville, PA Micropolitan Statistical Area'', which is also included in the ''Erie-Meadville, PA Combined Statistical Area.''
